The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining the environment and supporting the software development through collaborating with other IT experts . What you will work on:

• Apply knowledge of product functional issues, moderate level technical issues, and the corporate tax concepts within the context of the supported application
• Assist with solving customer issues by verifying the problems and utilizing the appropriate resources to identify the root cause
• Consistently communicate with team lead to effectively manage expectations and work flow
• Review the frequently faced system problems and work on the improvements
• Identify pressure points and minimize risks
• Maintain a proactive approach within the team, communicate well, ensure standard operating procedures are followed, and contribute to the overall team

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
• Sound technical knowledge on the related areas
• Ability to work well with others in pursuit of business aims.
• Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the business unit.
• Positive response to and recognition of the need for change.
• Highest level of integrity and ethical standards.
